Cobalt Soul¶

The Library of the Cobalt Soul is a network of monasteries and libraries dedicated to Ioun, the Knowing Mentor. The Cobalt Soul serves as archivists, investigators, and guardians of knowledge throughout Exandria. Its members — monks, scholars, and expositors — seek to uncover and preserve truths, root out corruption, and ensure that knowledge remains free and accessible.

The Cobalt Soul maintains reserves (libraries and training centres) in several major cities, including Zadash and Rexxentrum in the Dwendalian Empire. Ada Glowsword trained at the Zadash Reserve under Onde Orsal.
